Old stone steps lead from the drive down around the side of the house, finally bringing you onto the traditional covered terrace and under a pergola with grapevine. The view is amazing, despite the fact that it is currently partly obscured by very tall olive trees. Luckily these trees belong to the house and can therefore be pruned to make the view even more spectacular.
Steep terraces lead down away from the house, so there is no way that your view of the sea, Nissaki, and away into the distance can be obscured in the future.
The house itself is very simple in design, being on one level with all the rooms leading out onto the covered terrace. Set in a large olive grove, part of which is within the town planning zone of the village, the house could be extended if required or a further dwelling built.
